At the heart of KeysToHome are our Roadmap to Homeownership workshops —informative, approachable sessions designed to prepare consumers to meet their homebuying goals. These sessions are led by experienced loan officers who focus on clarity, preparation, and guidance, giving participants the knowledge and resources they need to make informed decisions at their own pace.

At these workshops, participants can expect:

• Insight into navigating the homebuying process with expert guidance.

• Education on housing affordability programs, downpayment assistance, and homebuyer resources.

• Clarity around how to prepare and qualify for homeownership.

• A supportive environment to ask questions without being sold to.

These sessions are led by our Community Impact and Lending Team, with a focus on education and guidance at every stage of the journey. We have two upcoming sessions in Berwyn on February 19 and Oak Park on March 19.
