Esther Phillips is the senior vice president of sales at Key Mortgage Services, Inc. As a   30-year mortgage veteran, she has a vast portfolio of success in various disciplines of mortgage lending with the past 17 years focused on loan origination and sales management. Her passion to help demystify while educating about mortgage financing has allowed her to navigate thousands of homeowners, realtors, and mortgage professionals through the home buying and financing process.

She received her bachelors of science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign. When she’s not in the office you will find her on a volleyball court or spending time with friends and family. She could not do any of this without the love and support of her husband of 20+ years and two wonderful daughters.
