As a former Executive and Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase, he led the company’s largest and most productive Home Lending Division, overseeing production across 17 states in the Central United States.

Throughout his career, Kevin has built and led high-performing organizations by aligning talent, production, operations, and strategy around sustainable growth. His expertise spans sales management, talent development, recruiting, productivity improvement, referral-channel expansion, and the design of scalable operating models.

Kevin knows what it takes to turn individual production into enterprise-level performance — developing loan officers and leaders, strengthening teams, and implementing disciplined processes that support growth while preserving a consistently high-quality customer experience.
