Together, we can make an even bigger difference

Key Mortgage is proud to announce that after 12 months of hard work, we’ve earned ASIL (Accredited Social Impact Lender) Certification from NAMMBA (National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America).

NAMMBA is a national trade association dedicated to the enrichment and betterment of women and minorities who work in the real estate finance industry. We’re one of 30 other lenders nationally who have this certification and look forward to all the good we can do as a company through this collaboration.

ASIL Certification doesn’t just give us further credibility as leaders in social impact lending — it also helps us:

This certification aligns with our mission as a lender to strengthen communities and help people achieve independence and prosperity through homeownership. It also deeply aligns with our charitable arm, Good Will Works, to support others through initiatives related to financial empowerment, fair housing and racial equity.

If you’re interested in breaking into this space, you can volunteer at an upcoming KeysToHome workshop from our Community Impact and Lending division — the next one takes place on Thursday, May 16. Contactlatoya.spann-martin@mykeymortgage.com to get involved.

The Community Impact and Lending team, led by LaToya Spann-Martin, works closely with agents, community leaders, non-profit organizations and local businesses to identify lending opportunities that support the growth and success of families living in low- to moderate-income neighborhoods.

Partner with a Key Mortgage loan officer to learn more about how to generate business in a meaningful way. Together, we can make a bigger difference, offer a stronger value proposition and give back more to our clients and their communities.
